2. Providing personal data

Providing personal data by the user is voluntary and optional. Some data is required to conclude the relevant contract. Refusal to provide such data may result in Data Administrator’s inability to perform activities necessary for the conclusion of contract (e.g. order fulfilment, payment, delivery).

Data Administrator gathers and processes user’s personal data for the legitimate purposes of providing electronic services and working on their improvement, marketing as well as for administrative purposes related to concluded contracts and required by applicable law (e.g. accounting, taxes).

4. Categories of personal data that are processed

4.1 We collect and process personal data when the user registers online or places an order for any of our products. This includes: first name and last name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping and billing address.

4.2 If the user agrees to receive the newsletter, they must also share their name and e-mail address.

4.3 By contacting our personnel via e-mail the user consents to the processing of the data contained in the e-mail correspondence in order to handle the inquiry.

4.4 All payments are handled through payment service provider (PayPal). No payment-related information, including credit card number, is processed or stored on our servers.

5. Retention period for personal data

Personal data is only processed and stored for the period required to achieve the purpose of such storage. The user can at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data.

6. Data sharing

The Data Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data to other entities only to the extent necessary to conduct business i.e. IT services (hosting, mailing system). The Data Administrator does not share or sell personal data obtained through the website to any third parties.

7.1 At any time, the User may contact the Data Administrator in matters relating to data protection rights.

7.2 All interested parties are entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the processing of personal data concerning them, in particular its rectification, restriction of processing or erasure. This includes the right to information about companies to which the Data Administrator entrusted the processing of personal data to the extent necessary to conduct business. Each User expressing consent to the processing of personal data has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
